BOOKINGS:

Rental accommodation is let from Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday 10.00am.
Stands are let from 2.00pm to 11.00am.
Non-electric barbecues are accepted and can also be rented from the Park.
For electricity at the tent and caravan stands, you must have your own European plug. Plugs can be rented from the Park within the limits of available stocks.

General renting terms

The reservations are only made via the reservation form, once the campsite agreed and according to availibility . Once your reservation, your deposit and your registration fees of 20 € received, we will send you a reservation confirmation according to the places available. Each renting is specified with a name and in any case it cannot be let or rent.The minor kids should come with their parents or legal tutors.

The number of people occupying a renting cannot exceed the maximum authorized capacity.

Terms of payment :

1- For a pitch, a deposit of 30% should be paid at the moment of reservation, the balance is to be paid on arrival before entering the pitch.
2- For a renting, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the services should be paid at the moment of reservation, the balance is to be paid on arrival before entering the renting.

Stays without advance bookings are payable on the day before departure during Reception opening hours.

Changes and cancellations :

Changes of reservations: The reservations can be changed no later than 8 weeks before the date of the beginning of the stay or according to availibility on the date of change.

Late arrival -Early departure:In case of late arrival or early departure in comparison with the dates mentioned in your reservation, no refund will be made.

In the case of a pitch renting, you should write to inform us of your late arrival.If we receive no information about it, the pitch will be allocated to another client, from the following day at 12 h 00

Cancellations :

1- From the Universal campsite : In case of a stay cancellation for reasons being our responsibility, except for case of absolute necessity leading to cancel for the security of holiday-makers, the client will be refunded with all the amounts paid, except the registration fees (20€).
2- From the camper: In case of cancellation before the beginning of the stay, the amount of your deposit will be kept by the campsite.

Damages :

Park equipment and amenity usage must comply with normal practice. Any deterioration of the premises, loss or destruction of furniture furnishing the accommodation or the common buildings commit the perpetrator responsibility. The client as the official tenant of a renting or a pitch is personally responsible for all the damages, losses or destructions concerning both the accommodation and the equipments of the campsite perpetrated by the people staying with her/ him or visiting her/him. He/she must have a liability insurance.

A security deposit will be required on your arrival.

- 150€ for a caravan or canvas bungalow
- 300€ for a mobile home
The deposit includes the potential losses and deteriorations.It will be returned after checking of the premises no later than 8 days. You must clean the renting. A fixed amount of 60€ will be kept if the renting is not given back as clean as possible. The rental guarantee cheque will be mailed back to you or returned when you leave (inventories are only made between 7.00 and 10.00am on Saturdays).
The rents can be freed only during the opening hours of the reception.

Pet :

Your animal is allowed in the site, on condition that it has been declared at the moment of reservation, it doesn't prevent the peace and security of the residents, it respects the basic hygiene rules and the integrity of the equipments.It must be kept on a leash and its updated vaccination book can be required. Pets are not allowed in the swimming-pool and bathroom units.

Rules, troubles and nuisances :

Night peace :

The Park barrier is closed from 11.00pm to 7.00am to ensure peace and quiet for all.

Troubles and nuisances :

Each official tenant is responsible for the troubles and nuisances made by people staying with her/him.When a resident disturbs or annoys other residents or damages the equipments, his/her stay can be immediately ended with no compensation and with possiblity of redress pointed out by the campsite or the third persons .

Responsability :

Beyond legal commitment, the campsite is not responsible for :

Any thievery, loss or damage, during or after the stay.
Nuisances due to natural phenomenoms (weather, mosquito, aphids and so on…)
Technical equipment breakdown or out-of-order, campsite installation breakdown or closing.Prompt decisions of the campsite management as regards the access to some installations, including the swimming-pool, required by safety standards or periodic upkeep .The campsite has the plain right to change its designing and execution.
The deposit doesn't prevent from responsibility, the tenant must have a liability insurance.
Any controversy as regards the version or the carrying out of the herein mentioned contract or the follow up will be managed by the tribunal of Alès ( 30 ), the only capacitated one.
